Looking to join a Martial Arts programme near Khulshi. (Kickboxing and free-style wrestling)

Been trying to fire up my month by participating in physical activites (cuz I hate being null all days). Thinking of joining an MMA course, near Khulshi or a bit close. What do ya'll suggest?

Is there an existing word for the idea that true victory over evil is remaining inwardly unchanged rather than seeking revenge?

I'm trying to find out whether philosophy already has a term for a concept I've been thinking about.

The idea is that when someone wrongs you, there are familiar responses like revenge, forgiveness, or reconciliation. But I'm thinking of something different.

In this view, the greatest victory is not to punish the wrongdoer or even to "recover" from the harm. Instead, it is to remain fundamentally unchanged in one's inner character—to refuse to let the wrongdoing alter who you are.

The emphasis is not on suppressing anger or choosing forgiveness. Rather, it is the conviction that the wrongdoer never truly touched your essential self. Their actions may have caused suffering, but they did not reshape your character, values, or sense of self. In that sense, they failed.

The closest phrase I can think of is: "You may have hurt me, but you did not become the author of who I am."

I considered coining the term "Avogence" for this idea (as a contrast to "vengeance"), but before doing that I wanted to know whether philosophy already has an established concept that describes it.

Does this resemble an existing idea in Stoicism, Aristotelian virtue ethics, Christian philosophy, Islamic philosophy, existentialism, or another tradition? Or is there a specific term that comes close?

Disposable vape with 5000 puffs goes null after a week.

I have this Onto Max : Bahamas Mamas disposable vape with 5000 puffs. It has no charging port, just an adjustable air vent. I only take about 50-70 puffs a day. But after just a week, it's starting to blink. I'm not sure what this indicates but I don't think the "coil" is empty yet.
