What’s your favorite astaxanthin supplement lately?

My doctor said I could just get astaxanthin over the counter instead of a prescription, so I’ve been looking into different options.

My family already has a bunch of vitamins at home, but most are pretty low dose and not something I can stay consistent with.

I also tried softgels before, but carrying multiple supplements every day gets annoying.

At this point I’m just looking for something simple I can stick with long term.

Need advice guys

So next year I'll be giving cuet exams and as we all know the 5 subject rule, so the thing is I'm confused between history and physical education, I have for subjects already fixed them being are english geography political science and gat, but confused between those two, as everyone says that history is a better subject combo for an humanities student but I don't score that well in it and obviously I'm aiming for du north campus so total number of marks will matter a lot. And if I talk about physical education it's not much of a problem for me I can easily score in it. Any sort of advice will be helpful

Those eyes, they never lie

Filled with shine and life

Says without any words

Those smile, they always lie

Filled with agony and grief

Can't express anything, with words

Those eyes, they cry

Those smile they lie

In this constant tension

They both survive

Want to express the heart out

One succeeds

One hides

And both are a thing of beauty

One conveys everything

One shelters everything

(Inspired by the famous scarface quote)

The sky was breezing as usual, birds chirping, while a person sat on a bench in a park.

“I should start working. I need to get a job, otherwise how will I manage my expenses?”

“You have already suffered enough. You’re tired, incapable of fitting into this society of liars. You’re just tired...”

“No, I can’t go on like this. I have to work, but I don’t want to get drowned in this world’s materialistic approach.”

As his mind got carried away by the wrestle of thoughts, he rested upon the bench and fell asleep.

Three spirits arose from his body.

One wept as if it had suffered the misery of every soul.

One acted fierce, like it was the most courageous being to ever exist.

One simply sat beside the sleeping man—not fierce, not miserable, but calm.

The miserable spirit said, “Can you see those birds, all living together? Yet in the midst of famine, they would tear at each other. That is how humans are too. They rip and tear others apart for their own sake.”

The fierce spirit replied, “But that doesn’t mean we should just sit and do nothing. We should take initiative and move forward. The world will keep passing, but we have to find meaning in our life for the sake of our existence.”

Then the calm spirit stepped in and said, “Life is neither a race nor an art of misery. It is balance, to let life flow with the passing of every second. You do not need to sit and wait for everything, and neither must you rush.

Wait for your moment, then start working upon it.

Life will give you chances. It is up to you whether your ambitions burn them away, or misery lets them freeze.”

The miserable spirit and the fierce spirit began to quarrel.

The voice of misery said, “We should let the beauty of life consume us.”

The fierce spirit replied, “We should work for everything. That is why we exist.”

The calm figure watched them both, then gently held the hands of the two. Silence took over.

The balanced spirit broke the silence and said, “We all are one, split into parts of ourselves. Let us be unified, so that the body we belong to may experience, succeed, and live with calm.”

At the end, both agreed and submerged into one, returning back to the body.

The man woke up feeling strangely better than before.

He received a message on his phone that his job application had been rejected.

With subtle calmness, he walked further.

Then he received another message saying that one of his applications had been accepted, and that he had an interview very soon.

He still continued walking.

His shoulder brushed against a stranger, yet he waved at him with warmth.

And as he stepped through the gates of the park, he took on a new road.

P.S - I have written this short scenery or somethings idk what to label it tbh, kindly give me honest feedbacks what can I improve, and I also used gpt for the grammatical mistakes as english is not my first language.
