Getting pimples like bumps on my neck. I mostly clean shave and keep a goatie. I use to use Gillitte single blade razer but I thought becoz of it I'm getting these bumps on my neck. So I switched to a traditional double edge razer but I still get those bumps like pimples on my neck. Plz help.
