Has anyone had this feeling? Maybe like a little tightness days after, feels like a lump or tightness above the chest bone/bottom of neck/throat.
Not having difficulty breathing or anything like an allergic reaction as it’s been days after but I haven’t seen anyone experience anything similar. Or maybe I’m just over observant

I’m new to this stuff, I’m worried that if I do try give these a go I’d get a contaminated pep with heavy metals and potentially be very sick. The coas on this site don’t have the references to check it, any one else had a go with them?
