Hello, has anyone had experience with the trade in program at Panerai Boutiques? I purchased a PAN in January, but feel i got the wrong one. Not worn much. What does Panerai offer for a trade in? I understand it's hard to assess here on reddit, still curious about the experience.

This started happening a few days ago. I only see the option to download video, sometimes caption. Audio is missing. Any update or workaround?

I am aware of Google's new certification policy, did that take into effect here?
