But regardless, we dont know what Ryan Cohen wants to do with this potential purchase, when we have seen in the past that he might align with shareholders sentiment yet fails to make the right moves at the right time. (looking at the BTC flop from last year where he didnt buy at 70k as everyone asked to do so, but bought at the top, and he is doing yet again an ATH buy) This is not the time to buy EBAY. A year of waiting, a year of "timing the market" and holding cash, to throw an offer during an ATH market.

Apparently, the Colts just haven’t had a good defense in recent times because is now their 3rd time being dead last in a defensive stat.
