Hi Reddit

I took my first 401K loan out to help with house renovations. It got approved June 24th and it said 1-2 business days for direct deposit. I already had my bank account setup so they had approval for deposit.

It is now 6/30 and I still have not received the funds. Does it usually take this long?

I chatted with someone an Alight and they said it’s actually 3 - 5 business days and I should have it sometime this week. It’s been 6 business days. Should I call my bank or Alight?

Any input or past experiences appreciated!
