spring green toast with sardines

i am very happy with this! for context- i haven’t been able to cook freely in about a year due to form limitations and then being in the loony bin 🩷 and i am thrilled to have my creativity back!

this is blanched edamame and herbs (could also be peas, herbs were cilantro and oregano but most green herbs would do well depending on your preferences) put in the food processor with lime juice, garlic, the whites of a green onion, nutritional yeast, and whole grain mustard.

served on fresh sourdough, topped with cucumber and broccoli sprouts, and some tinned fish on the side!! this was the most fresh and delicious lunch
