When do I pick

I have never had grapes before. I have these that have been pretty steady in the same green to dark red for a couple of weeks.

Do I pick? I I pick some not all? Will they turn to raisins before final ripening?

Please, guide me, masters of the grapevers!

Peach Tree Looking Sad

My peach tree is sad. She had 7 peaches that I pruned off fairly early so it could concentrate on growing up and setting roots. This is year two in the ground.

She was looking fantastic, until about 10 days ago.

Any ideas? Coastal North Carolina for reference.
