Hi everyone, being in Sweden my online shopping options are limited, unless I want to pay extra and/or nuts shipping fees, so I'm using Temu. Their options are limited (are they geo-specific?)

Looking at the Special Offer page. Some sets say 20% off and some say up to 20% off.
When I add both to the cart the 20% off shows old price and new, discounted price.
The "up to" doesn't show any visual discount.
What's up with that? Because on the face of it, it looks a bit like dodgy sales tactics.
I did see if it depends on region, but no matter which I choose, the price for the Game Stack doesn't change.
