Cheapest way to book London Gatwick to Ahmedabad business class ticket

Hi all,

I need to book flight for wife and newborn for end of June and thinking to book business class ticket for them but it's quite expensive.

It seem to cost 1 lakh points for business class ticket whereas same is showing for Rs. 3.22 lakhs when booked normally.

My question is would it be good to book economy ticket and then wait to upgrade at last minute on counter? Will that be cheaper or shall I book via points right away or is there any concept of business class voucher as well which can be purchased from someone here?
