Anyone else's Pomeranian still had puppy uglies at 14 months?

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for advice and experiences from other Pomeranian owners.

My Pom is 14 months old, and he still doesn't seem to have his full adult coat. He has thinner hair on the back of his thighs and behind his knees, although his skin is healthy and he doesn't itch.

Everything I've read says the "puppy uglies" usually happen between 4 and 8 months, so I'm starting to worry because he's already 14 months old.

Has anyone else's Pomeranian gone through a very late coat transition like this? Did your dog's adult coat eventually come in after 14 months?

I'd really appreciate hearing your experiences. Thank you! 😊
