Bought this at Home Depot a month ago. Product guide said something like “thrives on neglect” so we haven’t watered it yet. If I stick my index finger in the soil, first inch or so is really dry but I can feel dampness below that. Moisture meter reports 30%. But as you can see in the picture, it has these hard brown leaves. Is this normal or is something wrong? Thank you
