Rough idle and stall on '08 BMW 1200GSA

I keep my '08 GSA at my parents' house in Florida for when I visit and need personal transportation but live in NYC, so it only gets ridden once every 4 months or so. The past 4 years of ownership the bike has been super reliable but this time I took it out for a ride and noticed that the idle would "hunt" a little bit and have a bit of a lope. Didn't think much of it, took it for a ride and after about 30 minutes of riding when I would stop and idle the rpms dropped below 900 and the bike would stall. The only way to keep it running was to give it a bit of throttle and that's how I was able to crawl home, also power seemed low on the bottom end and I had to give more gas to not stall but on the top end seemed plenty strong.

I did the following things based on research on people who have had the same issues:

  • Checked TPS resistance from full throttle to closed - good
  • Checked resistance on all 4 coils - good
  • Cleaned idle actuators (were actually pretty dirty)
  • Can hear fuel pump regulator switching on when turning key to on

I'm thinking either clogged injectors from sitting or throttle needs to be synchronized, but could the latter actually cause it to stall? I don't have a GS911 so that would have to be a dealer job which I want to save for last. Any other suggestions or things I should take a look at?
