Traveling to Europe with two petite friends

Next week I leave on a European adventure! A week in Spain, France, and then Portugal. I'm a US 20. My two friends are like a US 6/8. Whenever I talk about running out of clothes, they're always like, "Well, you can just buy some. Because we don't want to take up time doing laundry." Which I know probably won't be the case based on everything I have read. I guess I am feeling overwhelmed because I am going with two friends who don't really understand the unique struggles of being plus-sized, but also traveling while plus-sized. I already know Ryanair will be uncomfortable, but the flights are short.

I guess I'm just looking for experiences traveling in Europe or helpful tips, because as excited as I am, I am also very overwhelmed

Edit: Should I bring my own towel? From what I've read, the towels are SMALL. In US hotels, they're already too small for me.
