Can I use my American amplifier in Europe

I moved to Germany permanently and I want to know if I can use my amplifier without a voltage converter. The back says it can run on 50 or 60 herz and the fuse is rated to 250 volts, is this safe to use in a European socket? I already have a cable that will work.

Strange changes in my cat surrounding meals and litter box

To start, may cat is a 5 year old orange tabby boy and we live in central Germany. For years my cat has been fairly smart and, he’s never pooped outside his litter box, he’s always known where his meals are, and he’s always been very affectionate and good at communicating with people. In the last week or two however, he’s very quickly changed, it started two weeks ago when he constantly had his third eyelid partially closed, but he seemed unbothered so I assumed it was allergies. Starting this week he’s been struggling to remember where his food bowl is and he hasent been asking for food like he normally does around meal time, he also hasent been finishing his food which over unusual for him. Yesterday, he threw up his first hairball (he’s 5 so this was very unexpected) and it was very very difficult to call him to me (normally he responds to his name) it also took him a very long time to find his food (even with my help). Finally, this morning he struggled again to find his food and he wasn’t acting as social as normal. He started yowling at me in a distressed tone from the other room even though he was in my eyeline, so I took him to his favorite pillow next to me and he immediately peed and pooped on it in the exact same way he does when I show him his litter box when we move houses. He’s pooped on the floor maybe 3 times the whole 5 years Ive had him and two of those times were because a dog we were watching used his litter box. Im not exactly flush with cash at the moment so I would have to ask my family for money to take him to the vet. I’m very confused and worried and any insight or experiences would really help me figure out what to do.
