Caught on a trailcam

I had a problem with neighbors letting their dog run loose on the property, and then another neighbor set up a deer stand(without permission naturally:rolling eyes:), but since then I got a trailcam to record everything, occasionally I get some really wild animals, this time, I caught this adorable squirrel I had to share.

Help!1!!! What pest is this!?!?

I brought my plants in for the frost, and I found this hitchhiker in one of the pots! I'm worried it's going to spread, what do I do?

Special requested by DD, Baked Mac and Cheese with home made sheep cheese

DD been craving some homemade mac and cheese, so for dinner the other day, I made her a sheep cheese based baked mac, the sheep cheeses were various ages, rind treatments, etc., and since the sheep cheese is naturally white, I added a touch of turmeric to the roux to give it that fresh from the cow effect or more storebought look, I added some Brunost to the roux to round out the flavor profile, lightly coated some homemade breadcrumbs with some homemade sheep ghee/clarified butter, baked it up, added chives to my plate for some extra oniony punch, I was going to hide some carrots in the sauce for extra veggies but I forgo what kind of dishes do you like to slip extra veggies in?

My youngest wanted a Mac and cheese with homemade cheeses

I like to cook with a mix of cheeses, so all sheep milk based, included was young to older(6 mo -1 year) cheddars, one smoked farmhouse cheddar in apple wood, sweet gouda with a turmeric rind rub, Brunost(for extra flavor), wine brine soaked cheddar rind scraps(she helped make it, and it was really good) but I thought it'd be fun for nuance.
