Has this happened to anyone before?
hey all,
I ordered a fendi baguette from the app, only for it to get stuck during the verification process. I contacted support and after telling me to wait, they eventually told me that the seller had sent the wrong bag, then I had to wait 6 days for them to eventually cancel my order.
I find this really strange. I’m frustrated as this was a present for my girlfriend. For a luxury marketplace, I found the quality of service really poor and I also struggle to believe that they’ve been actively working to solve this, given I had to message them for any kind of follow up. I wonder if they’ve got a logistical problem at their warehouses and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced something similar to this?
