Revert researching Shiism

Salam, I’m a revert of almost two years now Alhamdulilah. I used to be Sunni but upon researching Shiism I started to have a deep connection with ahlul bayt which lead me to wanting to become Shia. The main things I’ve been having a hard time fully submitting to belief wise are the infallibility of the imams and intercession. I’m aware of the Hadith of the cloak and the Quran ayat that talks about purifying the ahlul bayt, but the thing that confuses me is in the Hadith of the cloak prophet muhammed doesn’t specify the 12 imams. These two main things made me more interested in zaydi because their beliefs align closest with my views on the issues I’m a bit stuck on. However, the majority of Shias are twelevers and I know there has to be something I’m missing here to confirm their beliefs. Does anyone have any more information that give me some more confirmation on the infallibility of the imams by any chance? And also another thing I got stuck on was the idea of praying g on turbah, I found a lot of Hadith where prophet muhammed would come back from prayer with mud on his face or pray on pebbles but the contest shows that It was raining and it was hot and that’s why he would shake pebbles and pray on those. I promise btw I’m not trying to be disrespectful at all I have much love for all sects of Islam but I just want some clarity on these things because it’s left me confused:/

[AL] no hot water for 5 months

Been renting a studio since January and I have not been able to take a hot shower or bath since. The water will get hot for about a minute and then get lukewarm at best. I’ve complained so many times about this and they keep sending maintenance out but maintenance hasn’t done anything except make the issue worse. I used to be able to take a hot bath, which was manageable. I complained abt how my shower doesn’t have hot water but my bath does and then they turned my water heater up and now I can’t even take a hot bath. Sink is the exact same too. I have no idea what to do at this point bc they haven’t given me any money back for this and haven’t fixed it.
