3840x1620 fixes both problems from above, now I can sit close and soak in details and when content goes 16x9, you're still looking at 45" imagine with perfect clarity.
this old girl got a new lease. my 32ucdm and c4 42 have been on the shelf collecting dust since I went UW with my big b9.
dead pixels all around. it's been a brilliant set and will continue to do so.
I've used it at 1080p, 2k and uw, 3k, 4k, 5k and 4k uw. no scaling...
that last configuration is its current and has been for a while now, 3840x1620x120
