I have my ews certificate, and everything in the proper format according to annexure 1 but the problem is it's in Hindi so is it still valid for eflu ?

In bihar there are only 3 ews options - anchal level, anumandal level, and jila level and there is no option to select any format, how do I make sure it's valid for eflu and is it a problem if my ews is in hindi (I have anchal level ews signed by rajaswa adhikari in Hindi format, it does have all the main clauses of central ews)
