Hi hi, I’m currently ISO an apartment / condo / whatever in this area of Hollywood and I’m curious to know if y’all think my “asks” are reasonable.

I can’t seem to find many units (on Apartments.com) that meet all 4 of those asks. Am I being delusional here? Thank you! Open to any other sites or suggestions ppl may have as well
I set out to find a black and white gown for my 2027 wedding as my fiancé and I are doing a more nontraditional affair. I recently fell in love with this satin & velvet gown online but it is currently only sold up to a US 10 (I am a US 14)
Since I know altering is likely off the table due to it being 2 sizes off from my measurements, I’m looking for other recommendations that may be similar or even just if you know of any sites, shops, or brands that sell gowns that could double as a nontraditional black and white wedding dress!
