It says: "Ini adalah buku Saya, Saya curahkan isi hati Saya dalam buku ini. Maka tolong jaga sifat privat isi buku ini, ya." or as in English, "This is My book, I express my feelings in this book. So please, preserve the private nature of this book."

The "Sin" has three dots as I am trying to master Nastaliq that obviously shows the "Sin" and "Shin" (because it's my favourite form of calligraphy, hehe). Don't mind about the dutch writings, it's the literal translation of the text above. And the check mark is Dutch yet still in use in Indonesia.
