Hi all, I'm an ametuer birder and also a game developer. I've recently published a birding video game that introduces Malaysian birds and their ecosystems.

The game is still under development and I plan to include conservation facts in it, particularly how identifying more birds/wildlife can help propose the area as sanctuaries. My goal in the game is to reflect positive real life consequences as much as I can to nurture and raise awareness.

As of now I am also considering to give the birds titles such as 'keystone species' in an effort to highlight the roles birds play in an ecosystem, like seed dispersers, pollinators... Etc. I understand that most birds are not considered keystone since their impact is minimal but I feel that by giving them better titles it helps people appreciate birds more and would potentially discourage derogatory names for common birds in the community.

Do you know of any other conservation terminologies or practices that I can include in my game?

Any input would be great!
