Our reputation as 'Slaapstad' is actually universal

A bit shocked at the state of parts of the city

Just returned back home to CT after a year in Joburg. I'm a bit taken aback by the state of parts of the city. Lots of derelict buildings, litter, and homelessness camps. I'm on Day 4 of quitting. First 3 days were manageable, but Day 4 is tough. Isn't all the nicotine supposed to be out of my system by now?
