I got numbness on my pinky and ring finger after only 20 min of riding my bike (Triban RC500 from decathlon).

It is my first road bike so I don't know much about these kind of bikes, but somehow the hoods position feels very odd as it is angled upwards. It is quite hard to catch the brakes when I put my hands in the drops because they feel too high, or I have to go down completely which is also uncomfortable.

Can you spot any issue of flaws I could solve to relieve pressure from my hands?
