I have been on the Liver Shrinking Diet since Friday 8/14 and my surgery is schedule for 8/28. I am suffering!! i feel like im not doing it correctly and it’s not going to be successful because I am so sick! I’m nauseous all the time, dizzy and lightheaded, have a terrible headache, and not to forget, hangry! I didn’t expect to feel so awful and now I’m second guessing if Im going to be able to go through with the surgery all together. I guess I’m just looking for any advice or encouragement because after over 6 months of excitement and positive thinking, i’m starting to think I should back out.
