Everything is too salty or too sweet and all I want are carbs

So something that I've noticed is that in addition to not really wanting real meals any more, I find most things either too salty or sweet to be appealing. Those expensive Chomps sticks? Salty n gross now. Every protein shake tastes too dessert-y and I am put off at the mere thought of it. All I seem to want now are plain carbs, like an O'dough bagel thin or a japanese sweet potato. I even made myself a loaf of banana bread, which I normally have to exercise great control in order to not over-eat, and now I'm just eating a small slice for breakfast because it's there and not gross but I don't really crave it or find it that satisfying. I also do not find veggies appealing at all.

With effort I'm able to reach about 900-1000 cals a day, but it's a struggle and doesn't feel that healthy. What are you eating? Any suggestions on how to have good nutrition?
