(If there's anything that a sleepy island of 7000 people needs, it's a multibillion dollar HSR project making it immediately accessible to greedy developers and rude tourists.)

Most of the popular or powerful English cards are in pretty lousy condition because I used them, but most of the Japanese cards were put in the binder immediately as a small child who couldn't read Japanese. Is anything here worth sending to get graded?
