I assume there are alot of posts in this sub regarding the same thing, but I'd be glad if someone (qualified) can help me, with depression and suicidal ideation (active), extremely low self-esteem, social anxiety, I've tried everything i can by myself (helplines, cbt exercises and whatnot) I've been stalling the need for help for a long time (which led to me being emotionally nimb one day and very sensitive the next) i absolutely haye ai so i won't ever ask it for help
Yesterday i went to a place to eat, it was a small place which didn't have a dedicated place to sit, so anyways i ordered and everything but then i cancelled it because i had to be somewhere, just as i was leaving, a few punjabi guys came and surrounded me (they were there at the same place already eating) they started with saying "you look punjabi, are you punjabi" i said no i am an atheist they didn't understand me at first but anyways they took out a paper and asked me to donate for langar, yes i know it is a good thing, but the way they were asking (all four literally surrounding me so i can't leave anyway) so i had to write my name and i wrote 100/- (i I am a student and i have to manage my expenses) so the guys started saying that I should give atleast 200/- i said I'm a student how will i manage, so they started arguing with me that they'll have to give money from their own pocket (mind you they were already eating at the place so they do have the money, i didn't), so yeah that's what i wanted to share, I've heard and seen many other stories about people asking for donations in the name of god and all, even here it was a good thing to do i know but i don't earn myself so they should understand when and whom to ask for donations
I've applied to nfsu, i got 75 percentile in jee mains (ews) do i stand any chance at an average nfsu campus, and also if there are any other colleges worth applying to, please help me!
