35+ Lesbians? (Bonus if you’re disabled)
Hi! As the title suggests, I’m really looking for more lesbian community that’s within my age range. Everyone I see post here is so young, so I hope I find something!
I’m born and raised in Chicago but I don’t have many friends because I had to leave a friend group of 20+ years a few years ago (it’s really traumatic and I may not wanna open up about that right away.)
I created a club called Disabled Dykes Chicago (we’re on discord!) which helped find me a few friends, but we’re just a small club and all of us live in different parts of the city. Chicago is so large and I don’t drive so it can be difficult sometimes. I’m also the oldest person there (only a couple of us that actually speak and show up are in our 30’s but it’s all younger than 35 and as a 36 year old I FEEL IT.)
Anyway, I like to smoke weed, go to the lake, I love concerts (but have to do ADA section now!), I’m an artist and writer so would love to find friends to craft or do art with, I’m in grad school so if anyone wants to ever study or do some coworking, and I love trash reality tv so I would love someone to binge real housewives or something with. My favorite season is Fall and my favorite day ever is Halloween. I live on the north side! But more far northwest than typical north side, but I grew up in Andersonville so I’m familiar with most places on the north side. I am willing to travel a bit if you’re by a blue line though!
Oh, I also have a kid. But she’s a teenager so no need for any play dates or babysitting kinda stuff. Just thought I’d mention it!
