Babies at games
For those of you with babies that have taken them to the game, do you need a ticket for them?

One of the requirements to be a CF mentor is 2 hours of continuing Ed on clinical supervision or clinical instruction. Are there any available that are strictly for CF supervising? I have a membership to speechpathology.com and when I filter it by clinical supervision and education I get lots of different options, but some of them don't seem relevant to being a CF supervisor at all.
Hey everyone,
I’m looking for some help finding places to fish in the Southwest Washington / greater Vancouver area.
I’m mostly interested in bank access to a river or stream where I’d have a realistic chance at catching steelhead or rainbow trout. I’m a wheelchair user, so the main thing I’m trying to figure out is where I can actually get close enough to the shore/bank to fish safely.
I’m definitely not asking for anyone’s secret spot or honey hole. I’m just wondering if people know of public areas, parks, pullouts, paths, gravel bars, boat launches, or other river-access points where a wheelchair user could reasonably get down to the water.
I know Washington has designated wheelchair-accessible fishing locations, but the closest official ones I’ve found for river fishing are about an hour away from the Vancouver area. I’d really like to find something closer to home if possible.
I also understand there’s a big difference between fishing and catching, and I don’t expect any guarantees. But I’m hoping to avoid places where I’m basically just throwing a line into water with little to no chance of fish being around.
If anyone has suggestions for accessible bank spots on the Washougal, Lewis, Kalama, Cowlitz, East Fork Lewis, Salmon Creek, or any other nearby rivers/streams, I’d really appreciate it.
Thanks in advance. I’m just trying to get out fishing more without wasting a whole trip on a spot I physically can’t reach.
Hey all. I'm using the Fish Washington app to scout fishing spots in my area and to stay up on regulations, as I'm pretty new to fishing (especially in this area). I'm looking at a spot in the app where the regs state
- night closure
- crsse required
- two poles not allowed
- trout regulations of daily limit, size and specific dates
- hatchery steelhead regulations of daily limit, size, and specific dates
- other game fish follow state regulations on daily limit, size, and specific dates
When I open up pamphlet mode, a lot more regulations pop up, specifically what I'm wondering about which is the selective gear rules. For the dates listed it says "specific gear rules except barbless hooks are allowed." I understand the selective gear rules to require single point barbless hooks with bait prohibited. So, I'm confused if selective gear requirements are enforced 100% of the time in this particular spot except during the dates listed in pamphlet mode when barbed hooks are allowed, or if, for example, barbed treble hooks are allowed anytime of year, except when the selective gear rules are in effect.
