Hi, my husband is living in Brisbane (Northside) and really struggling to find a two bed rental. Every inspection has tons of people and then on application it's unsuccessful without reason. Often the flats come on market with just a week or so before they are ready to rent so zero time to give notice for other rental or to get.tkme off work..any advice how others have secured a letting ? Looking to spend less than $700 per week.. thanks!
