Day 3 advice

Hi all,

We were incredibly lucky in the ballot and managed to get CC tickets for Day 3. I’ve been a tennis fan all my life and have watched Wimbledon every year from a very young age so it feels a bit like a dream come true. Unfortunately, living a bit too far away has always put me off taking a chance with the Queue, so I’m absolutely thrilled to finally be attending this year.

We’re staying in Fulham and would love to make the most of the trip and soak up as much of the Wimbledon atmosphere as possible.

One question: our tickets are on the same row but around eight seats apart. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there usually any chance of sitting together? I suspect our best option is to politely ask the people between us if they’d be willing to shuffle along, but I’d be interested to hear if others have had any success with this.

Any other tips for getting the most out of the day would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
