*very* temp sensitive hedgie
I have had 8 hedgehogs and have never had one so temperature sensitive! Now that it's air conditioner season we are facing even more difficulty.
I have moved her cage as far from the AC as possible. She has 3 lamps that keep her cage temp between 76-78 at all times. Chloroplast siding to keep the heat in.
Even with these measures she will once in a while get shaky.
A friend suggested having her thyroid checked. Has anyone else dealt with a particularly sensitive little critter?
