[FULLY LOST] 1999 indie movie "Films That Suck" starring Read Ridley & Andy Morris

Films That Suck (1999) was a mockumentary-style indie movie with a very widely unknown cast and a small cult following. It follows Andy Morris (playing himself - and I should mention here that all the evidence I’ve seen on various sites points to him being the same Andy Morris who voiced Cicero in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim) as a reporter sent to Nashville, Tennessee to profile filmmaker Read Ridley (also playing himself) before the mainstream media can get to him first. The tagline was “The Movie Sundance Doesn’t Want You To See”. There is an IMDB page (linked here) where the synopsis is widely available, as well as a Plex page (here) where you can also find the same synopsis worded differently. This movie has no poster/cover art, no screenshots, and no clips, and the full film is nearly completely lost. I say nearly only because I still have hope that it exists on an old CD-ROM somewhere, or possibly on an old torrent website (though I do not encourage piracy and would like the search to remain legal).

Search results may indicate that a copy is available to watch on Plex, but as of making this post there is no page on Plex that allows viewing this movie, just metadata that says it exists.

I have been very thorough in searching indie/cult movie sites that specialize in cataloguing movies from the late 90s, and each time I have come up empty. The movie synopsis does come up with a Google search (examples that work: Films That Suck movie 1999, Read Ridley movie Films That Suck), but the movie itself remains missing.

To be especially thorough and give anyone willing to help search a headstart, here are more sources I’ve gathered:
This Reddit post made four years ago by u/Jimp_lord in which he talks about also trying to find this movie, as well as the link to the now-defunct previous distributor of Films That Suck, SightSound Technologies, which the user links to in his post. SightSound used to have Films That Suck available on a pay-per-download basis in the 2000s, though the page has been a blank slate since the company's closure. Here is the movie’s TMDB page, made in 2017, though still with no trailer, no list of where to watch, and no cover art.

At this point, the most promising lead would be if someone has an old SightSound download of the movie, CD-ROM backup, or archived file from the late 90s/early 2000s. Since the movie *was* seemingly distributed digitally, there’s a good chance copies once existed/still exist outside physical media. Any and all leads or extra details found will be greatly appreciated.
