Apologies if this is ignorant I habent bought from aliexpress in a long time. If my order is estimated to be delivered by July 25th, but it doesnt ship for 30 days.. how does that work?

Will I automatically get that 1 dollar?? Or will it come early? Can jt be delivered while still processing or could it stop processing before 30 days??? Im so confused by this haha. Thanks for your help.
