I'm not sure if anyone still cares about the Mixfader, but I bought one today for $5 and wrote this python script to connect to the mixfader on Windows and convert the signal to generic midi. It works well on my windows 11 pc using the new windows midi services to create a virtual midi device. It should also work with loopMIDI if you don't have the new services available.
