Yearly Subscription Coming Up

Hello! 👋🏼

I subscribed through Z2U for a year of Strong and it’s been working fantastic with great reseller chat/support. That subscription is coming up on July 26.

I’d like to resubscribe for another year but don’t want a compromised card. What is the best way to continue on with the already set up subscription credentials and just renew for the year. I purchased through Z2U last year and ok to do this again as long as I use a 1 time use card, I assume?

Updating to 3.xx from 2.xxx causes some channels to not play

Weird experience.

With every build of 3.xx I’ve had to revert to latest build of version 2 as some channels will play but others not. I’ve even tried to recreate the channel and add the content again and same thing. Changing the streaming type also has no effect.

Any ideas of what could be occurring?

Upload Speed Half, Cox Pushing New Modem (Irritated)

We live in Las Vegas and we don’t have any other internet option for 89120 area other than cox.

In the last two weeks during speed tests, I have noticed half upload speed consistently. This is at various times of the day and doesn’t matter when I perform the speed test, it’s always these upload speeds. Download is 100% fine. We do the speed tests with a wired connection direct to the modem as well, same thing.

We subscribe to 1gbps down, 100mbps up, unlimited data, own modem (Arris Docsis3.1)

The modem is fully capable of these speeds and has for years. We are in 2yr contract with great rate and we expect that the advertised speeds are maintained.

Called support 3x over the last week about our upload speed consistently at half (41-50mbps) and they are saying that I need a modem upgrade, should get their modem that ensures top performance. No. I don’t want to pay more, I don’t want your all in one modem garbage. My modem does not need an upgrade, specifically for upload speeds.

What’s going on here? What’s happening??
