API cost vs Kling.ai

I'm looking at using the API but by all calculations the cost seems to be about double that of the kling.ai monthly subscription packages?

Is this possible? Or am I looking at this wrong somehow?

Hi all,

I'm a professional CGI artist and never really used AI video. I'm a novice NanoBanana user but a client has recently requested an 85 second long, 15-20 shot realistic animation from me. They hinted they want AI for best results.

I used Kling once this week and got surprisingly good results easily enough, but it was a single 10 second stationary clip.

I'm wondering if there is a good guide, or best practice available to learn from?

Obviously I'm competent in 3d software, so I have that as a resource at my disposal, and is how I would likely start any scene.

As it's a pretty decent paying gig I'd likely splash out on the new Ultra subscription.

Any tips much appreciated!
