We got a ton of these donated this week and I have about 8 of these bunches. They taste a little mustardy, but look super lettuce-y
I'm wondering if y'all think these would work well cooked down (and probably frozen to use in future soups etc)
Got a huge pile of these leftover from some produce donations. They’re a little savoury and a tiny bit mustardy.. I’m wondering if they’d stew down well to freeze for future use
