First week after moving in these sounds started coming from the newly built completely empty apartment building next door, no units had been leased yet. They went on for at least 30 minutes in the middle of the night like at 2am. It creeped me out enough that I peeked out my balcony to record. My best guess is someone broke in, maybe just to scare the neighbors but I can’t figure out what they’d be doing to make sounds like this. This happened three years ago and this video still creeps me out.
