My sunroof will not open or close. The motor runs normaly but the sunroof doesn't move. I've looked for any any obstructions but I can't find any.

I figured something is wrong when after a snow storm I acciendently hit the button to open the roof. I heard what I remembered as a snap. I thought it maybe the ice and snow that was on the roof. After that I didn't try to open the sunroof out of fear that It won't close.

The sunshade works fine. The sunroof motor runs as if nothing is wrong.

Any advice would be helpful!
