I do a normal load, regular wash cycle, and I set the water level to high because I have a medium/medium-high load in and it always starts agitating before the clothes are fully submerged. I don’t see how this could be the “high” setting when the drum is barely 20% filled with water. Could it be a bad water level sensor?
