Had a very positive first experience ordering a VCA rep from Gavivi for the 18k gold alhambra guilloché pendant necklace.

He was super polite and very responsive, answering patiently a couple clueless questions on my part… and gave me what I believe was an extremely good price given the quality of the craftsmanship. The gold tone is beautiful, just the perfect amount of warmth; also observed no imperfections - the piece feels very solid and high quality.

Full transparency - I will get my insurance premium refunded as a result of posting this review. But it’s a small amount anyway, and even though I’m more of a lurker on Reddit than a poster, I think this individual deserves all of these accolades given. I will definitely be ordering more pieces! And my first necklace will be hopefully treasured for many years to come.

Timeline - 6/19: Initial convo and quote/deposit via PayPal F&F 6/29: QC pictures sent to me via WhatsApp and approved. Balance sent via PayPal. 7/2: Necklace delivered via FedEx today
