I created a salary survey just for ophthalmology clinics. Phase 1 of this survey includes

• Practice admins
• HR
• Marketing
• Finance
• Incentive comp for leadership staff
• Optometrists
• and total cash comp for physicians of all specialties

The survey includes multiple data points to help you determine the appropriate comp levels in your clinic.

We will be rolling out Phase 2 soon, which will feature clinical staff (techs, photographers, research).
