can someone guide me on how i can shave my chest properly?

i do it because of multiple reasons, not out of insecurity. (just stating it)
okay so i shaved today using a single blade razor, i was shaving with the grain i believe on the abs area and i guess against the grain on the upper chest cause it was kinda difficult to not.
i dont really have any shaving cream, so i just tried to use soap. it led to my chest area feeling a burning sensation at the end on the upper chest, and i think theres some lil bumps here and there which are kinda tiny. im not sure how to shave properly, so can anyone help me? like how many blades should i be using, against the grain or with the grain and also should i use a trimmer or a razor? im a dude, so theres that too. can someone tell me the routine?? ive also tried shaving my arms, which also led to tiny lil bumps which i suppose are ingrown hair?? luckily its not noticable as theyre tiny, but id still like to be educated on how to shave properly because i dont wanna end up with random red bumps and whatever. thanks!

kenzo tenma's "Each life is equal" ideology

Hey, as someone who love and adore this anime, including kenzou tenma. Hes someone im inspired by, and i love him. I watched this anime years ago, and i still dont get one thing. i want to be more like him, and incorporate his beliefs in me, one being the "Each life is equal" belief. I wanna have a belief on it, but when i think about it. I cant actually incorporate it because it makes me think about two lives. Lets say theres a crimical, who has commited crimes over and over again. Theft, SA, Harassment and horrors that cant be imagined by a normal individual. Where as theres this other person, who is religious, a good person to society. His city loves him, because he cares for the city, provides aid, and always helps other (like kenzo tenma) When i picture the "each life is equal" ideology, its like seeing a scale on who is better to be on earth. If you compare these two, the 2nd dude ofcourse deserves his life, no? Though, i do believe we are noone to say who deserves to live or not, because as a religious person its God who decides that, but i doubt anyone will be willing to hear the religion talk because its reddit. What do you think? id love what others think, and maybe even finally understand/incorporate this belief in my life! Have a great day, and thanks for reading:)

whats up with this site? (manga related)

found generationbookscollection.pk today, it is most probably reliable as my brother has bought mangas from it apparently but my question is why are the mangas so cheap?? vol 12 of vagabond which is the vizbig edition costs 2.5k on the site whereas readings sell it for like 5-6k

are these used or what? and another question is, do they just have random mangas time to time? because my brother bought the vinland saga deluxe edition from it, and the site doesnt even have it anymore. anyone knows?
