Who is this guy and why is he in the back of Edward Skeletrix's new video**?**

Initially I thought of it as symbolism for the Yin and Yang, considering Skeletrix mentioned being black and white is okay and that a black man owning a dog and a white dog owned by a man can live in peace is proof of his philosophy.
