Got custom shoellies a few months back as my first shoellies, they're my "formal" shoes, so needed a more casual version. Houston brown, barefoot shoellie. Real comfortable out of the box already. More so than my customs as these are single lasted so less break in.
Had my Bronco BFARS for about a year with minimal extra care, just brushing but was lazy on the conditioner side. Before, during, and the next morning. Much closer to how they looked when I first got them. Just a beeswax conditioner.
Barefoot shoellies arrived last night! Double lasted walnut veg tan, 5mm eva layer and africa outsole, added eyelets, camo lacing, no branding. Fit is perfect, bit of a break in period to come but feel good so far. Arrived under the 45 days advertised on the website, got to me in Australia on day 38! Love them already.
The underside of the toe cap on my BFAR has this white texture, feels like the underside of the rest of the leather and I'm wondering if it's just discoloured from wear or if it's mould or something else? It's only occurred in the left boot. Just looking for advise on how to deal with/clean it/if there is anything to deal with.
