How often is too often for tripping? (psilocybin)

I did 3.5 G of blue meanies last month which felt more like one G, and before that I did 3.5 G of golden teacher in July, which felt like 3.5. I want to do another trip soon, but I’m not very aware of the dangers of psilocybin. I am more aware of the positive effects.

Law 10 - Infection: Avoid the Unhappy and Unlucky

I was a very happy and very lucky person before I got into my first relationship at 22 (I'm now 25) with a guy who deceived me of who he really was which is negative, pitiful and draining, and the relationship literally sent me into a depression. Fast forward to today and I feel like I don't even recognize myself, I feel like I can feel his energy on me and I don't know how to get rid of it (I last communicated with him in April 2025). I've become infected by him with his negativity and unluckiness. I feel like I’ve literally lost my aura.

Some background: I was very grateful and happy and looked forward to everyday. I always believed things were going to work out and so therefore I did not believe in stress or worrying/dwelling. When his mask started to fall shortly after we got into a relationship, I realized how disturbed and negative he was. He let small things get to him, he could not list anything he was truly grateful for, and believed that life was always happening to him and that I didn't understand "real life," mind you he couldn't keep a minimum wage job for longer than 3 months because of his poor performance, and always blamed it on the employers rather than looking into himself.

In the book it says to quarantine, but I'm looking for more advice as I feel that may not be enough. Any tips or advice?
